Whether you’re looking to try a beginner-friendly class, deepen your current yoga practice or improve your athletic performance, we’ve got options to suit your unique goals.

Class styles we offer:

Vinyasa (Traditional Flow)

Vinyasa means to create intentionally step by step. In this class poses are laid out with the intention of coordinating movement with breath. Flow like water through purposely synced poses.

Power Flow

A vigorous, sweaty, empowering class based on the Baptiste Journey into Power series. This class has a consistent pose sequence to promote a moving meditation. Focus will be placed on breath, gaze, balance, core and full body strength. Inversions and arm balances will be offered.

Gentle Flow

A slower paced class with some spiritual teachings. Focus is placed on balance, stretching, mindfulness, and subtle strength. This class is great for everyone, particularly those who are recovering from injuries, are new to yoga, tight/stiff athletes, seniors, and anyone looking for a little mellower vibe.

Yin

Yin consists of a series of poses held for up to several minutes at a time. The goal is to take the work of the pose out of the muscles by allowing them to relax, and placing the right amount of stress on the joints, fascia and cartilage. This improves joint mobility, strength, elasticity, and flexibility. Focus will be placed on settling the body into a pose, in order to gain the maximum benefits. Yin slows the nervous system (promoting Rest/Digest over Fight/Flight) and encourages introspection.

Vin/Yin

Vin/Yin is the best of both worlds (Vinyasa and Yin). The perfect blend of movement and stillness. Focus will be placed on firing your muscles and synchronizing movement with breath for the Vinyasa portion of the class. Class will finish with the fusion of several Yin poses, focusing on slowing the body down, stilling the mind and accessing the joints.

Restorative Yoga

In restorative yoga we hold gentle poses for many minutes at a time with the aid of several props. This style of yoga is designed to relax and restore the mind, body and spirit. Focus is placed on releasing all effort and allowing gravity to create a passive stretch. We will also try various meditation and breathing techniques.

This class is different from Yin Yoga. In Yin Yoga we try to place the right amount of stress on our joints, cartilage, and fascia. Yin Yoga requires some effort in holding a pose in order to create the right amount of stress on the deeper layers of the body. In Restorative Yoga we release all effort to create a fully passive stretch.
