  • Emily Sedgwick

    OWNER, YOGA TEACHER (she/her)

    Emily teaches a wide variety of yoga classes and styles. Expect to sweat at least a little during her classes. She brings her fire and passion for yoga to each class. She teaches to all levels of yoga students in the room by offering props and variations for many poses. She also offers private yoga sessions if you are looking to deepen your practice.

    RYT-200 & RYT-300, 50 hr Restorative Yoga Certified

  • Sarah Hamblock

    YOGA TEACHER (she/her)

    Sarah teaches a Gentle Flow class. In her classes, you can expect a flowing asana in a lighthearted environment where we'll emphasize linking breath with movement. You'll be rewarded with a relaxing savasana to round out the practice. Sarah's joyous energy will bring a smile to your face.

  • Megan Helton

    YOGA TEACHER (she/her)

    Megan typically teaches a Vin/yin class. Students can expect flow sequences, linking poses together with a steady pace, focusing on moving the breath and the body in a dance. She uses plain language and simple cuing, making it is easier for many students to follow along.

    YOGA TEACHER (she/her)

    Lia teaches the Quick 26, Mindful flow and Grief Yoga classes. Students in Lia's class can expect a gentle Hatha style class that focuses on using the breath to support and transition postures, build self-awareness in the body and simple meditations that promote peace of mind.

  • Cody Melton

    YOGA TEACHER (he/him)

    Cody teaches the $8 Community Class and subs for various other classes. In Cody's class students can expect a refreshing Holistic Yoga Flow style class, which will feel like a Power Yoga class with elements of breath work, meditation/mindfulness, as well as positive and uplifting quotes/stories.
