Recorded Home Yoga

  • Access our recorded yoga classes to practice along with when and where you choose. 

  • 10 classes are included, with a variety of yoga styles offered: Gentle Flow, Power Flow, Vinyasa, Vin/Yin, Yin, & Yoga Nidra.

Recorded Yoga for Runners

  • These recorded classes make up a 6 week series specifically tailored to runners, with a goal to increase fitness and reduce your risk of injury.

  •  Each class in this online collection is about 30min long.

  • This series was created in collaboration by Emily Sedgwick (yoga instructor & ultra runner) and Sierra Richmond (PT & ultra runner).

  • Each class will focus on a different theme such as: balance, flexibility, stability, proprioception, mindfulness/mindset, and breath work.
