Yoga is more than just completing a series of movements on a mat. It includes breathing techniques, self-inquiry, meditation, community, spirituality, and reflection.
Join Eclipse Community Yoga in a 45 min Gentle Flow yoga class, followed by a 15-30min discussion on a select book covering some of the spiritual and higher philosophies of yoga.
Borrow the featured book for each class from the library and read it before class so you can participate in the group discussion. You are still welcome to join the class without reading the book.
Check-out the month’s select book from the library’s front desk. Please try to read the book within 2 weeks and return it to the front desk, so others can also borrow it.
Everyone is welcome to attend, no yoga experience necessary! Mats will be available to be borrowed and we will provide additional props if needed.
Class will be held once a month in the Lewis and Clark Library’s large community room.
Cost: FREE
