Enjoy a 1 hour yoga class with a view of downtown Helena at the Mt Ascension Brewing upstairs bar. You will also receive a free beer/beverage card that can be used when you choose at Mt Ascension Brewing.  

During winter months, class will be held inside at the upstairs bar.

•  Enter MT Ascension Brewing through Montango Coffee’s main entrance, take the stairs or elevator to the upstairs bar.

Class will start at 10:30 am. Please arrive 10-15 min early to check-in and set up your mat. Space is limited, maximum of 15 people. 

Cost: $16.00 per person.

• Pay when you arrive (cash, card or Venmo).

• Online class sign-up may be available through MT Ascension Brewing, click here to reserve your spot in class.

• You will receive a beverage card with your class purchase.

This will be a Vinyasa class. You can expect a moderately paced flow, breath linked with movement, some longer held poses, a few blocks may be available.
