Soak up the sun and test your balance in Paddle Board Yoga on Spring Meadow Lake.

• This class will be hosted once a month at Spring Meadow State Park.

• Class will be held from 5:30-6:30pm.

• Please arrive at least 15-20min early to check-in, set up and rent a board if needed. Look for the Eclipse Community Yoga yard sign to find the place to check-in.

• Cost: $18 per person (Paddle board not included)

• Bring your own paddle board (& life jacket) or rent a board at the beach from HOWL Rental ($15/hr, life jacket included). Paddle board rental info below.

• Dress for the getting in the water. Bring a life jacket if you are bringing your own board.

  • Other optional items to bring: towel, sunscreen, hat, water bottle, snack, sunglasses with a tether, waterproof case for your phone if you want pictures. 

• In the case of inclement weather, the class will be cancelled. If you signed-up and paid for class a head of time, you will receive a full refund.
