Join Emily in a flow style class, held in the beautiful backyard space at Gardenwerks!

• This class will be of gentle to moderate effort. Various pose options will be offered and props will be available.

• This class will be weather dependent. In the case of inclement weather, the class will be cancelled.

• Cost: $16 per person

  • Cash, Venmo, debit/credit cards accepted.

• Please arrive 10-15 min before the start of class to get checked-in, sign a waiver and set up your mat/props.
