Join Emily in a gentle flow style class at the library!

  • This class will be of gentle effort. Various pose options will be offered and props will be used. All props are provided. Mats are available to be borrowed.

  • Cost: FREE

  • Space is limited, so please register ahead of time for this class on the Library’s event page or click here.

  • Please arrive 10-15 min before the start of class to get checked-in, sign a waiver and set up your mat/props.
